Everlasting moment in life:

Once I made a call to my classmate. Her Mom took the phone and said "Hello". I replied "could I speak to Anitha". She started shouting at me," She is suffering from fever and she is not willing to speak to anyone at this time".
I replied " Aunt this is serious and have to speak with her now at any cost". She got tensed and shouted " You don't know how to behave with a girl and you silly boy, ******* etc (sensored), Look Vignesh from now you are not speaking with her and end the call". I got tensed finally, the fact is I gave my record to her and tomo I have lab. I got scolding from her.. to bad. And the worst part is my friend Vignesh damp fool, who proposed her and finally I got scolding from her mom in place of him. The next day rapid fire - news spread in the class and from then I decided not to make any phone calls..

  2. Essential of EngineeringEngineering is above all about adding value through realisation of technological progress. Engineers and engineering make a major impact in the day-to-day lives of most of us. Engineering qualifications and experience are a foundation for many different careers.

  3. Personal qualities

    * Responsible If you have ever been asked to look after something or someone, then you have shown you are responsible.
    * Confident It doesn’t matter if you are not confident all the time. But if you have been confident enough to perform or give a presentation to a group of people, then you’ve shown valuable self-confidence.
    * Sociable Do you make new friends easily? Are you good with people? If you have good social skills, you may like to work in a customer services role.
    * Honest/trustworthy This is like being responsible. If you’re going to be in charge of money in your job, your employer wants to know they can trust you.
    * Adaptable and flexible How did you cope when something changed in your life? Did you cope well? If so, then you are adaptable.
    * Team-spirited Most of us have had to work with other people, perhaps on a school or college project, in a sport or in something like a play or show. Did you get on well with people? If so, think about why and what you brought to the group.
    * Punctual and efficient If you turn up for lessons on time and get a job done well, then this applies to you.
    * Self-motivated Can you do plan your week and get homework done in time for a deadline? If so, this shows you are self-motivated.
    * Well-groomed This is how you look. If you’re working with the public or in an office, employers will want someone who dresses smartly.
    * Can-do attitude How do you react when someone gives you extra work? Do you moan or just get on with it? Someone with a can-do attitude rises to a challenge.
    * Caring Perhaps you’re a volunteer, you help your elderly neighbour with their shopping or you are generally thoughtful. If so, you have strong caring skills.

    Surgical Operation
    Specialist Skills

    * Industry-specific knowledge You may know a lot about a specific area because it’s your hobby. Whether it’s motor-racing, media or marbles, use your strengths and find a job that’s related.
    * Technical Skills Can you work a forklift truck, take a toaster apart or put together a wardrobe? What technical things have you done at school or at home which you enjoyed?

  4. Great mistakes in CV
Here's a quick top 10 of small fixes that every CV writer should perform (how many did you forget to do?):
    1. Don't begin your CV with 'Curriculum Vitae' in big letters at the top.
    2. Keep it under 2 sides of A4.
    3. Don't start shrinking your borders and margins in order to cram in more text.
    4. You don't have to include your date of birth or references.
    5. Make sure your font doesn't go below 10 point.
    6. Only include major qualifications (nobody really cares about that B in 'O' Level Woodwork you got back in 1975).
    7. Please, please, please run a spellcheck THEN get someone else to read it.
    8. Funky fonts and migraine-inducing coloured paper - NO.
    9. Don't pad out with useless information - be your harshest critic.
    10. Tell the truth. It'll save everyone a lot of time in the long run (you included).
...also, when it comes to covering letters, it's written 'CV' or 'C.V.', never 'C.V' - and while we're on the point, plural of CV is CVs NOT CV's.

  5. Puntuality gains respect at work force !

The definition of punctuality is the action of being on time. Punctuality revolves around
responsibility, commitment, and the eriousness with which you take. Punctuality is a necessity for success, it’s crucial in school, in work, in general life itself. There are a great deal of young people who are new to the workforce and may not know that it is inappropriate to do this; however, seasoned workers should know better and should mentor those who do not. It is recommended that employees arrive to work approximately 15.minutes early in order to get settled in so that they will be ready to work at their scheduled start time.Get there as early as you can.
Firm has an eye on all employees and decide their employees by factors such as
Arrival time, In time, out time, log out time, Extra hours , Status, performa and shift.
